Once we've created your profile, you can chat with your claims advisor and upload supporting documents. We'll send regular updates and let you know if we need more information.
In some instances, our claims team will book a surveyor and you'll see the dates and times on your calendar in the online claims portal. We'll also add suppliers and you can talk to them directly, using the online portal's chat functionality.
Once our claims team has reached an outcome, we'll inform you verbally or by email.
The Claims Consortium Group (CCG) handles all our home insurance claims (they don't handle any home emergency or legal expenses claims). They're favoured by many insurers because of their innovative technology, excellent customer service and ability to resolve claims quickly. They're also members of the Chartered Institute of Insurance and the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters.
We're in regular contact with them and work closely together to support you in the best possible way when you need to make a claim.
